Network

Hong Kong at the centre. One corridor at a time.

A settlement network is not a logo on a map. It is a small number of licensed institutions, in the right countries, settling real flow with one another — bound by a standard that does not require them to rebuild their systems.

01The core hub

Hong Kong is where the network is anchored.

Hong Kong is where licensed digital-asset activity, offshore RMB and USD liquidity, and the corridors of the Belt and Road meet. It is also where our operating entity, our engineering and our intellectual property sit.

The hub is measured by depth, not by the number of institutions: bring Hong Kong’s first licensed institutions onto the new settlement model quickly, prove an operating pattern that can be repeated, and then extend it corridor by corridor.

Core institutions, deeply integrated

Depth of integration, not breadth of coverage.

Upgrade, not a new business line

The cross-border settlement an institution already runs, moved up a generation — same clients, same corridors, a new settlement core.

02Corridors

One corridor at a time, with a licensed partner in each.

Each corridor opens with a licensed local institution that already moves money on that route. We provide the layer between them; they keep the licence, the client and the relationship. Corridors link to one another as well as to Hong Kong, so value does not have to route back through the hub.

03Standards

A network, not a walled garden.

ISO 20022 messaging

Payment instructions and status reports use the standard your payment engine already speaks. Adoption is an integration, not a migration.

SWIFT-compatible habits

Screening, approvals and reporting keep the shape operations teams expect.

Asset-neutral

The settlement layer is currency-neutral: compliant stablecoins, tokenised deposits or other regulated settlement assets can sit behind the same message.

Licence-first

No corridor without a licensed local institution. No conversion outside a licensed platform.

04Liquidity

Rebalance on demand, not in advance.

Correspondent banking asks institutions to pre-fund accounts around the world and leave the capital there. A network that settles peer-to-peer only needs the position it is about to use.

Positions sourced through licensed platforms

Stablecoin positions are bought, sold and rebalanced through a Hong Kong-licensed virtual asset trading platform.

Surplus and shortfall rebalanced

Institutions manage their own positions; the network does not pool or lend client money.

Capital freed, not redeployed by us

Liquidity that used to sit in a pre-funding account stays on the institution’s balance sheet.
